In-house Training / Induction / Briefing to Employee Application	OSH System Data Entry and Updates, Including Documentation and Writing Procedures	Perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control Identification (HIRARC) for Each Work Process / Department	Planning, Coordinating and Data Review As Well As Corrective Action Planning for Health, Safety & Environment Compliance & Monitoring
Provide Guidance for OSH-Coordinators to Perform OSH Issues	Routine Walk-about / Inspection Ensuring Compliance to All Requirements and HSE Practices	Safety Briefing / Tool-box Meeting for Contractor
